Business Center – Polska 13 is an intimate office and service facility with a warehouse part located in the neighborhood of the historic Fort VII, which is part of the monumental Fortress Poznan complex. The unique location on the map of Poznan provides quick access to the A2 motorway (Warsaw – Berlin), the exit towards Wroclaw (S5) and Pila and Katowice (S11).

More than 4 000 m² of office space with social parts in a standard adapted to the needs and expectations of our rentiers. The property offers both open space areas with the possibility of dividing separate rooms as well as office space in an office layout with the potential for arrangement and adaptation changes.
Conference Centre – Polska 13 provides comprehensive services in the field of conference room design, technical and multimedia service and catering services that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests.
We provide high-bay storage space with qualified service. Following the implementation of the project co-financed by the European Union and from the state budget logistic process between the warehouse and the office area were automated (warehouse platform). In addition, a hydraulic lift was purchased and installed to transport goods to the level of the storage platform.
As part of the ledowareklama.pl project, we offer comprehensive services in the field of renting advertising time and space on modern large-format LED screens. In the scope of our activities, we also provide services for designing advertising spots appropriately adapted to the specifics of outdoor advertising. Thanks to this, the image of the advertisement will be fixed for a long time in the mind of your new customer.
Constans Grupa Ltd. has been successfully operating on the Poznan commercial real estate market for over 20 years. The company is the owner of an office and service facility with a warehouse part of Business Center – Polska 13. The three-storey property was put into use in August 2001. Since then, three general reconstructions and numerous renovations have been carried out to raise the standard of the facility in order to adapt to the needs and expectations of our rentiers. The property is included in category B+ in the BOMA International classification of office buildings.
